It is a space where citizens deliberate over their common problems, and therefore becomes a institutionalized space for discursive relationships. Esfera public is a collective construction, a discussion space where the artistic field exchanges points of views on issues of common interest, institutional practices, exhibitions, events, situations which preoccupy and affect them directly and indirectly.
